Ease Joint Pain with This Simple Barnyard Secret
Not too long ago, shark cartilage was all the rage for easing joint pain. To be honest, I never really jumped on that bandwagon. While shark cartilage showed promise, it has one major drawback… Your body doesn’t absorb it well.
